FF&E management is a critical element on every project, and often the main cause for schedule and budget over-runs. We work closely with our client’s designated purchasing agent to manage the entire FF&E process— from budgeting, selection, bidding and procurement, through warehousing delivery and installation.

Compass has worked with hundreds of contractors throughout North America. We will lead the pre-qualification, bid, qualification and analysis, negotiation, and contract process, and recommend the most appropriate contractor and form of engagement for the project.

Property improvement plans (PIPs) if available, will be reviewed for accuracy, compliance, and preliminary budgeting. Recommendations and/or alternates may be suggested.

This service provides our clients access to a hosted virtual walk-through, and dimensioned PDF plan of the areas documented.  Our clients, design and construction teams, and brands, rely regularly on this valuable service during the design, construction and closeout process.
