Compass offers a unique property scanning service specifically tailored for a property’s renovation plans, insurance documentation, marketing, or before/after brand PIP compliance confirmation. Our team will review with our client their renovation plans or branded PIP, and utilizing 3D camera technology, identify and capture all areas, room types, public and back of house areas scheduled for renovation. This service provides our clients access to a hosted virtual walk-through, and dimensioned PDF plan of the areas documented.
