Compass was retained by Annapolis District Partners to re-develop the Lobby and F&B outlets at the Westin Annapolis, and complete the Brand required PIP in all areas of the Hotel. Compass led the design, architectural, and construction teams through all phases of the project. Working with the award-winning design team from Virserius Studio, Compass dramatically transformed the lobby and bar/lounge into the premier Hotel and Lounge in downtown Annapolis.
