Compass was retained by Alfa Development to provide complete Project Management Services for the planning and re-development of the Hotel Grand Union, a 1905 registered Landmark in the Nomad district of Manhattan. The hotel was completely shut down in February 2015 and gutted to the structure in most all areas.The entire property was transformed while preserving its original architectural finishes. The new Hotel includes 90 guestrooms and suites, a new restaurant, exclusive lounge, lobby bar, rooftop deck, and all support services.
Compass provides project planning and programming, strategy, scheduling, and project/construction management, and full-time onsite supervision during the duration of construction.
