Xona Resort Suites is a 386 key golf vacation resort located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. The $12M phased master plan transformed the garden apartment type site into a destination desert resort experience while still maintaining high guestroom occupancies continuously during construction.
Property enhancements include a new entrance pavilion and arrival approach, new landscape pergolas connecting major resort buildings and a full remodeling of the restaurant and pool courtyard areas.
Phase I construction was completed in January 2008 and Phase II construction was completed in October 2008 on schedule and under budget.
