AWAC NYC – Retained as owners rep for interior office renovation which turned into major test of flexibility for all involved. One week before construction was slated to start, Super Storm Sandy hammered lower Manhattan, knocking tenant office building out of service for months. Work included tenant taking temporary space elsewhere, testing and recertifying that tenant space was clear of contaminants and ready for re-occupancy. Ultimately project restarted and included programming, new build-out and relocation to the satisfaction of end users. Work completed in 2013.
AWAC Philadelphia – Acted as owners rep for remote client, completed all design and construction oversight, managed budgeting, contract and schedule for client specific trades (low voltage, AV, CCTV, furniture). Managed move from cross town office into new space, project was completed on time and under budget. Work completed in 2012.
AWAC Boston – Managing all design, construction and owner vendors for relocation project in the Financial District of Boston. Working directly with clients Chairman of the Board who’s offices will be relocated as part of the assignment. Project is slated to be complete Q1/ 2014.
