Compass managed the development and construction of Kappo Masa, an ultra high-end sushi restaurant located in Manhattan’s upscale Upper East Side, which opened in September 2014. Kappo Masa is operated by famed sushi Chef Masa Takayama and is his second restaurant in New York.
