The Waterstone Resort and Marina
Compass led the Design and Construction for the successful re-development of the Waterstone Resort and Marina, a Double-Tree hotel by Hilton. The former Boca Bridge Hotel was completely transformed after being shut down for one year as renovations occurred, and was awarded Hiltons Development of the year in 2014.
Compass partnered with the Lane Organization and AWH partners to acquire the former Boca Bridge Hotel. Compass managed the re-development of all areas including the site, a new marina, guest rooms, new kitchen, and new F&B outlets. Compass was involved with the project during the acquisition phase, and was an integral team player from inception through programming and design. The Compass team also managed and oversaw all aspects of the construction process and close-out phase.

The exclusive project scope included full upgrades to all guestrooms and corridors, each equipped with custom made furniture, chic new lobby/entry area, added fitness center, two new waterfront dining areas ‘Boca Landing’ and ‘Waterstone Bar & Grill’ to serve up exquisite seafood creations, as well as a brand new marina and docking facilities, which guests have exclusive access to. One of the key features of The Waterstone is that every single room has water views, guaranteeing all guests the best views in Boca.
Awarded Development of the Year by Hilton Hotels, The Waterstone was closed for nearly a year as it was transformed into a 4+ star luxury boutique property. Through site planning, the project recaptured approximately ¼ acre on Lake Boca.
