The Bernic, New York, NY: a Tapestry Collection

Compass was retained by the hotels  Owner-Developer to provide Project/Construction Management and Pre-Opening services for this new build 96 room boutique hotel on 47th Street in Manhattan. The hotel opened in the third quarter of 2016. Compass provided a team comprised of programming and FF&E specialists and full-time on-site supervision, to manage all contractors and design professionals.
