Compass was retained by mezz debt lenders, Rockpoint Group and Atlas Capital Partners, to provide construction consulting services for the conversion of the Flatotel to Luxury Apartments. The project includes a complete gut redevelopment of the former hotel located at 135 West 52nd street.
