Compass provided Project Management Services for Xenia Hotels and Resorts, managing the renovation of all 487 Guestrooms, Suites, Corridors, and Public Areas. This project, located within the famed Galleria Shopping Center in Houston Texas, posed significant logistical challenges from a staging, turnover, and partitioning perspective. Compass team on the ground directed day to day logistics and quality control efforts, ensuring disruptions and guestroom displacement were minimized.
