Program and Project Management services for the re-development of the Waterstone Resort.

Compass was retained by BRE Hotels and Resorts to plan and execute multiple renovations at the Sheraton during the height of the pandemic.. Compass lead the design, architectural, and construction teams through all phases of the project.

The U-Hotel, formally the Hotel 373 on Fifth Ave in NYC, opened in 2017. Compass worked with Fantasia Holdings and Virserius Studios, to help launch the first U-Hotel for Fantasia in the United States. All 70 guestrooms, suites, corridors and Public areas were renovated as part of the conversion.

Compass provided Project Management Services for Xenia Hotels and Resorts during the most recent guestroom renovation.

Compass was retained by the hotels  Owner-Developer to provide Project/Construction Management and Pre-Opening services for this new build 96 room boutique hotel on 47th Street in Manhattan. Compass was retained by Mandarin Oriental to provide schematic and Design phase management for a proposed $75M masterplan property repositioning. Services included programming, budgeting, and design management. The scope of work included conversion of guestrooms to luxury condominiums, spa expansion, F&B and meeting space improvements.
